What You’ll Do

Design, manage, and deliver bridge and structural projects

Perform calculations, develop drawings, and coordinate designs

Work directly with ARDOT and local municipalities

Lead project coordination between engineers, designers, and clients

Ensure compliance with AASHTO and DOT standards

What You’ll Need

BS or MS in Civil Engineering

PE License in Arkansas (or ability to obtain)

5+ years of bridge design experience

Experience with MicroStation / InRoads preferred

Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
