Position Highlights :

What You'll Do :
Provide confidential administrative support, answer and screen calls, manage mail, and work independently on projectsCoordinate interviews and onboarding for new staffProcess purchase orders, supply orders, and reimbursementsManage provider schedules for medical and dental providersTrack attendance, maintain filing systems, distribute schedules, and process timecards,Attend meetings, prep agendas and minutes, assist with day-to-day tasks, handle reports and correspondence, schedule conference rooms, and arrange travelAddress patient concerns and communicate with various stakeholdersPerform other tasks as assignedThis position may require the ability to travel and have reliable transportation for meetings, visits to other work sites, and handling bank deposits as assignedQualifications :
High School Diploma or GED.One year's office experienceTwo years' complex office experience and responsibilities preferred.Ability to type quickly and accuratelyComputer knowledge in Word, ExcelAbility to be extremely organized and accountableAbility to exercise independent judgment and discretionAbility to supervise and be sensitive to individual needs of staff and patientsAbility to work with frequent interruptionsKnowledge of medical / dental office operations preferred.Our Mission Statement
