Job descriptionAssistant with day-to-day operations of the dental office Oversee scheduling, patient flow, and team condition Manage billing, insurance claims, and financial records Ensure excellent patient care and customer service Support staff training and performance reviews Maintain compliance with dental regulations and office policies Previous experience in dental office administration is preferred Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills Proficient in Microsoft Office, Keyboard Savvy, and computer skills Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Bilingual - Mandarin & English Fluent
