Work location : Texas Health Rockwall - 3150 Horizon Rd, Rockwall, TX 75032

Work hours : Full Time, 36 hours weekly, Nights 7pm-7am with rotating weekends.

Training : Must be able to attend training at the corporate office in Arlington Monday-Friday 8am-5pm during the first week of hire

Here’s What You Need

What You Will Do

Provides assistance to patient according to plan of care.

Collects patient data, identifies and reports significant findings to nurse.

Assists in admission / transfer / discharge.

Uses Professional Practice Model philosophy to work in partnership with patients, families, physicians, peers and all other disciplines.

Demonstrates adaptability and flexibility to changes in schedule and / or workload assignment necessary to meet changing needs of the individual patient or unit.

Maintains and enhances patient care skills.

Assists in the identification of ineffective and costly processes and takes action to improve them.
