Veterinarian / Medical Director – Owasso, OK

Up to $165,000 Base + 20% Production (No Negative Accrual)

Are you an experienced or aspiring leader ready to take your veterinary career to the next level?

We’re looking for a Veterinarian or Medical Director to join a modern, AAHA-accredited and Fear Free certified small animal hospital in Owasso, OK, just minutes from Tulsa.

You’ll work alongside a dedicated and experienced DVM and a talented support team with a 2.5 : 1 technician-to-doctor ratio , ensuring your focus stays on what truly matters : delivering exceptional, personalized care .

Schedule & Work-Life Balance

  • Full time 40 hours per week role over four days within hospital opening times Monday–Friday : 7 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM
  • No weekends, no evenings, and no on-call duties
  • Collaborative, family-friendly scheduling

  • Base salary up to $165,000 + 20% production (no negative accrual)

    • About You

  • DVM or equivalent (active or eligible Kansas license)
