Job descriptionHigh school diploma or equivalent degree Must hold a valid driver's license and insurance with a safe driving record Minimum of 21 years of age due to driving of company-owned vehicle Assists in the maintenance of vehicles to make sure they are in proper working condition Prior delivery driving experience a plus Ability to lift heavy boxes Comfortable driving in all weather conditions during day or night hours Ability to sit, stand, be mobile and operate a vehicle for extended periods of time Flexibility to work various shifts or overtime as needed Ability to determine efficient routing between multiple points Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to log deliveries and return accompanying documents as appropriate Present a professional image to patients, facilities, and the public through appearance and interaction, which includes wearing clean, well maintained uniforms that are provided by the company Must complete HIPAA and Fraud, Waste & Abuse training annually and maintain strict confidentiality of all materials, information and records Attends and participates in staff meeting and on-the-job training programs as required Must adhere to all company policies and maintain a professional rapport with all customers, employees and vendors Candidates must successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) drug screen, MVR and background check Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) company-paid ownership benefit Competitive pay with increased earning potential Health, dental, vision & life insurance Short-term & long-term disability coverage 401(k) retirement plan Generous paid time off (PTO) Cell phone allowance Mileage reimbursement (adjusted for fuel price changes) Career advancement opportunities
