Part Time Patient Service Rep - Remote In Arizona Only

MUST BE LOCATED IN PHOENIX, AZ Location : Fully Remote - Must be located within 50 miles of Phoenix, AZ Schedule : Will be placed on a shift working 20 hours a week - Mondays will always be a full 8 hour shift. Training : 4 weeks, Monday through Friday - 8am to 5pm (40 hours) Qualifications + Must have 1+ year of scheduling experience and handling high volume calls preferably in a call center. Description + Schedule and register patient appointments and / or provide information for other requests (e.g., addresses / directions, phone numbers, hours of operations, other departments, such as billing, etc.). + Process all phone, fax, email, and other communication channel requests with an emphasis on efficiency and accuracy. + As appropriate, assist new members with introduction to and explanation of available services, processes and availability of providers. + Update patients of the status of their referral or authorizations. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, AZ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00 / hr.
