Summary / Objective : The retail sales associate's objective is to promote and deliver high sales results through building relationships with customers and maintaining a positive store experience.

Essential Functions :

• Sales Generation & Sales Growth
• Actively engaging customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable products and styling options / tips
• Meet / exceed sales goals and expectations
• Place and encourage online orders on out-of-stock products for customers
• Capture email and phone numbers at checkout for every customer
• Create content for social media as requested by the Marketing Team
• Customer Service & Satisfaction
• Customer-centric and understands the importance of creating exceptional customer experience that leaves a lasting impression of our Brand
• Greets and helps customers to actively engage them in their shopping experience with us
• Product Knowledge
• Embody and represent the VICI Brand
• Has a strong understanding of VICI products sold in the store to effectively assist customers and answer their questions
• Be up to date on current fashion trends as well as VICI Styles
• Store Maintenance
• Ensure sales floor is clean, organized and aesthetically pleasing at all times
• Transaction Handling
• Accurately processes sales transactions, handling cash or other payment methods.
• Adheres to all store policies and procedures
• Inventory Management
• Maintain proper sales floor product representation with high level visual standards and replenishment to maintain proper inventory levels
• Teamwork
• Effective collaboration with other sales associates and management, to achieve store goals
• May perform other duties as assigned in support of the overall success of the company
• Process shipment in an efficient manner : unbox, steam, fold, and merchandise on the sales floor

Requirements :

Expected Hours of Work : 30+hours a week Full time OR PT : Flexible with Days / Times, can work around other job commitments

Working Conditions and Physical Effort : Standing for long periods of time, heavy customer contact and lifting up to 25 lbs

$18 - $20 an hour
