Phillips Edison's operating platform provides retail services including acquisition, redevelopment, leasing and management of grocery-anchored retail centers.

The Marketing Intern will work directly with the Senior Marketing & Graphic Design Specialist and other Marketing & Communications team members. You will be a contributing member of a small, powerful team that serves as the company's in-house creative agency and gain exposure to the exciting world of commercial real estate.

• Assist in identifying, planning, and implementing new communications, marketing, and promotional campaign strategies
• Create and curate content for the company's social media sites
• Conduct data analysis for social media performance and email campaign performance
• Work on digital media and web projects including but not limited to SEO, Facebook Marketing, and Google ads that support the sales team's efforts to sign new tenants
• Additional duties as assigned
