Description We are seeking a motivated and personable Licensed Sales Agent to join our growing team in Birmingham, AL. This is an in-office, client facing role focused on building strong local relationships and serving the insurance needs of your community. Please note : You must have active Property, Casualty, and Life insurance licenses prior to employment. Pay Details The typical training salary is $55K - $65K Through a combination of base, bonuses, and uncapped commissions, typical total first year compensation ranges from $55K - $75K Potential for top performers to earn over $100K in their first year Build a career for yourself, not by yourself. Active state insurance license in Property & Casualty, and Life.
