Ninja Coach / Instructor

Do you love working with kids, staying active, and creating a fun, safe environment?

We’re looking for energetic, positive, and responsible individuals to join our team as Part-Time Ninja Instructors!

As an Instructor, you’ll be responsible for coaching small groups, leading activities, and ensuring our gym runs smoothly. You’ll help create a safe, engaging, and encouraging atmosphere for all students and party guests.

Key Responsibilities

Classes

Set up the gym appropriately for each age group, following all safety guidelines.
Enforce gym policies (dress code, behavior, safety, food / drink rules).
Lead engaging warm-ups (15 minutes of dynamic and static stretching).
Coach up to 8 students per group using lesson plans provided by the lead instructor.
Keep athletes safe, motivated, and challenged.
Reference assessment sheets to gauge skill levels according to USA Ninja Challenge standards.
Update student skill records using the assessment system.
Communicate positively with parents about their child’s progress.

Facility

Complete nightly and weekly cleaning tasks.

Lock up the gym securely (lights, HVAC, and doors).

Parties

Set up the gym and lobby for party guests according to age and safety guidelines.

Greet guests and collect waivers.

Lead warm-ups before obstacle use.

Run parties in an engaging, structured manner.

Assist families during cake, presents, and lobby time.

What We’re Looking For

Enthusiastic, energetic, and positive personality

Responsible and dependable team player

Comfortable working with kids and parents

Ability to lead groups with confidence

Safety-conscious and detail-oriented

Experience coaching youth preferred

Hours and Benefits

Part-Time : $20 per hour (evenings and weekends required)

Paid sick leave and PTO offered
