Job Description :

• Treat 3 to 11 patients per day across varying age groups and conditions, from infants to geriatrics, including acute and chronic cases.
• Common diagnoses include pelvic floor dysfunction, post-stroke rehabilitation, joint replacement recovery, pediatric conditions like autism, and more.
• Rotational assignments in Inpatient, Outpatient, and Long-Term Care with potential to float as needed.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Clerks, and Managers.
• Support from Rehab Tech and Massage Therapist available.
• Participate in a department-specific orientation comprising 1-2 shifts with a preceptor.
• Professional attire required : typically khakis or scrubs.
• Opportunities to engage in staff activities and community events, fostering a friendly and supportive environment.
• The position does not require weekend or holiday shifts.
• Close proximity to outdoor recreational opportunities with multiple lakes and a vibrant community setting.
• Experience with diverse communication styles and maintaining flexibility is essential.
