Customer Service Representative

Monte Package Company, a division of Bunzl, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to work onsite at our location in Riverside, MI. The Customer Service Rep will answer inquiries on customer accounts, investigate any issues and find resolutions in a timely manner. They will serve as the liaison between the sales staff and the customer.

Responsibilities :

• Accurately enter and process customer orders in a timely manner
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and efficiency
• Obtain freight quotes and prepare Bills of Lading for outbound shipments
• Maintain and update Monte Package Company's social media platforms
• Manage item data and implement price adjustments, as needed
• Provide support to the Accounts Receivable team
• Monitor and track incoming and outgoing shipments
• Represent the company at trade shows and industry events, as required
• Handle daily mail duties, including pickup and drop-off at the post office
• Assist with special projects and cross-functional initiatives as assigned
