As a Loyalty Advisor, your primary focus will be on building and nurturing relationships with our clients, ensuring they fully understand the benefits of our loyalty offerings. You'll be responsible for structuring loyalty parameters and marketing campaigns that elevate customer engagement, drive retention, and ultimately lead to increased revenue for our business. You will collaborate closely with the team, analyzing customer feedback and data to develop strategies that promote loyalty and long-term relationships. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and a strong understanding of customer relationship management. We provide the qualified lead, so you can make and receive calls to close and onboard merchants. Responsibilities

  • Structure and implement customer loyalty programs aimed at enhancing customer engagement and retention.

  • Communicate effectively with clients to explain loyalty program benefits and encourage participation.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote our loyalty offerings and drive customer acquisition.
  • Monitor industry trends to stay informed about best practices and innovative loyalty strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a similar role focused on B2B sales.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and team members.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Creative problem-solving skills with a focus on enhancing customer experience.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
