To provide patient care under the direction of the charge nurse and assists the nursing team in maintaining the nursing and resident units.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Provides personal care such as : baths, showers, oral hygiene, skin care, hair care, fingernail and toenail care, monitoring fluid intake and output, toileting care, etc.
- Takes residents vital signs and blood pressure as indicated by nurse and promptly reports findings.
- Carries out all safety measures for residents and self in body mechanics.
- Prepare admission packets / supplies for new admissions.
