Key Responsibilities
Provide courteous and accurate assistance regarding eligibility, benefits, and claims
Research, document, and resolve inquiries using multiple systems for timely follow-up
Accurately process and track claims, appeals, or adjustments while adhering to policies
Qualifications
Previous customer service or call center experience required, preferably in healthcare or insurance
Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred
High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree preferred
Ability to multitask across systems and manage time effectively
