October : 01, 09, 16, 20, 27, 30, 21

November : 01, 02, 06, 10, 13, 17, 27, 28, 29, 30

December : 05, 06, 11, 24, 25, 29, 30, 31

The provider is not required to stay in house but need to be able to access the hospital within 30 minutes

Schedule :

24-hour Call Shifts : 8 AM 8 AM

Call-Only (No in-house clinic or OR shifts)

Call Type : Beeper

Call Response Time : 30 minutes

Call Ratio : 2

Admissions : Yes

Unassigned Rounding : Required

Patients Per Shift : Approx. 5

Facility Beds : 10

Average number of deliveries per month at the facility is approximately 45 - Provider would not be expected to manage or oversee midwives

Trauma Level : I REQUIREMENTS

Board Certification : OB / GYN Required

Fellowship : Required

KY License : Active or IMLC Required

Certifications : ACLS Required
