As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a transportation environment, helping to deter security-related incidents through visible presence and routine patrols. What You'll Do : Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and / or potential threats. Observe and report any suspicious activities or security-related incidents as per Allied Universal protocols. Assist visitors, employees, and / or travelers with questions and directions as needed within the transportation environment. Monitor access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and maintain a secure environment. Collaborate with local law enforcement or emergency personnel when required by site protocols. Complete required site logs and incident reports accurately and promptly. Minimum Requirements : Must be at least 21 years of age. Customer service experience is preferred. A guard card or license is preferred. CPR or first aid certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
