What You’ll Do

Create engaging weekly lesson plans using our Life Essentials® curriculum .

Spark curiosity and critical thinking through play and meaningful conversations.

Build strong, positive relationships with families through consistent communication.

Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming classroom environment.

Collaborate with co-teachers and contribute to a strong team spirit.

What We’re Looking For

High school diploma / GED required; degree or CDA a plus .

Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the U.S.

Passion for working with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Reliability, flexibility, and a caring, positive attitude.

Ability to lift 40 lbs (for child care and safety needs).

Schedule

Part-time : 4–6 hour shifts

Full-time : 8 hour shifts

Morning shift availability (starting as early as 6 : 30 AM)

Afternoon options also available

Monday–Friday | No weekends!

Location : 3901 North Progress Avenue, Harrisburg, PA 17110
