Key Responsibilities
Supervise and mentor client service representatives to achieve team goals and foster a positive culture
Ensure timely and high-quality responses to client inquiries while monitoring service levels for improvement
Oversee daily workflow and identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 6 years in client service and / or account management experience
At least 1 year of supervisory or lead experience
Undergraduate degree preferred
