JOB TITLE : Manufacturing Maintenance Technician 1
4th shift (Every Other Wednesday, Thursday - Saturday; 5 : 30pm - 6 : 00am)
JOB SUMMARY
Maintenance Technicians work to ensure a plant’s equipment and facility are in proper working order. Their often have a broad base of knowledge with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Maintenance Technicians engage in preventative maintenance to keep machines from breaking down in the first place. They also engage in reactive maintenance to fix machines when they do break down.

Education
High school diploma or GED.
Experience
Basic to little maintenance experience needed.
Skills
Electrical
Mechanical Hydraulic / Pneumatic
Controls Logic, Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC’s), Ethernet communication, DeviceNet, Networks
Root cause analysis
Communicates both verbally and in writing.
Interpersonal skills to collaborate and communicate with peers
Maintain communication with different levels of departments and peers about findings, upgrades, and troubleshooting through e-mail, texts, and voice calls
Basic understanding of Microsoft office applications
Ability to manage time effectively and in accordance with priorities.
Action oriented and takes initiative to resolve emerging issues.
Adaptable and flexible.
Works effectively and professionally with operations, and technical team members.
An equivalent competency level acquired through a variation of these qualifications may be considered.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Manufacturing Environment requirements include use of personal protective equipment, reading, speaking, hearing, walking, bending, standing, stretching / reaching, and hand / finger dexterity.

Target Pay Range : $24.00 to $31.00 - Hourly pay rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data
Target Bonus on Base : 7.0%
