Primary Purpose
To manage the day to day activities of the national marine operations; and manages marine surveyors and adjusters responsible for conducting inspections and surveying marine vessels to assess, monitor, and report on the condition and submit claims.

Qualifications
Education & Licensing Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
Experience Ten (10) years of experience as a marine surveyor with management and business development responsibilities; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Skills & Knowledge Advance knowledge in marine terminology; excellent interpersonal skills; good organizational skills; detail oriented; computer literate including Microsoft Office Suite; ability to work in a team environment; ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies.

Physical Computer keyboarding, travel as required; must be able to stand and / or walk for long periods of time. Must be able to kneel, squat or bend. Must be able to work outdoors in hot and / or cold weather conditions. Have the ability to climb, crawl, stoop, kneel, reaching / working overhead. Be able to lift / carry up to 50 pounds.
