- Type : Walking, Frequency : Constant, Surface : Tile Distance : Within Restaurant
- Type : Twisting, Frequency : Occasional, Description : May twist at waist or turn entire body
- Type : Bending, Frequency : Occasional, Description : May usually bend or squat to reach floor
- Type : Squatting, Frequency : Occasional, Description : May usually squat or bend to reach floor
- Type : Pushing / Pulling, Frequency : Occasional, Description : Bread racks or equipment on roller
- Type : Driving, Frequency : Minimal
- Type : Reaching, Frequency : Frequent, Description : Floor to 6 7 feet
- Type : Climbing, Frequency : Occasional, Surface : Step or fixed ladder, 8 10 ft.
- Type : Lifting, Frequency : Occasional, Description : Occasionally up to 50 lbs. Floor to counter-5 lbs.
- Type : Carrying, Frequency : Occasional, Description : Occasionally up to 50 lbs., Most under 5 lbs. Distance : within restaurant
