Job descriptionResponsibilities : Estimation and Consultation : Conduct on-site evaluations to assess insulation needs for residential and commercial properties. Provide detailed estimates and recommendations to clients. Sales Generation : Cultivate leads and proactively seek new business opportunities. Develop and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, and homeowners to drive sales growth. Quoting and Proposal Submission : Prepare accurate and competitive quotes for insulation projects. Present proposals to clients, addressing their specific needs and concerns. Customer Education : Clearly communicate the benefits of our insulation products and services. Educate clients on energy efficiency, cost savings, and environmental impact. Negotiation and Closing : Work closely with clients to address questions and concerns. Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve sales targets. Collaboration : Coordinate with internal teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction. Qualifications : Previous experience in insulation sales or a related field is preferred. Strong understanding of insulation products, installation processes, and energy efficiency principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
