We are looking for a Contracts Counsel to join our mission to create a #CyberFit future and protect all data, applications and systems across any environment.

As a Contracts Counsel, you will play a key role in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex customer and vendor agreements for our cloud cybersecurity business. Reporting to the Chief Contracts Counsel, you will work closely with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, HR, Support, Product Management, and Data Center Operations, gaining high visibility and influence throughout the organization. Beyond contracts, you will support a broad range of legal matters—including litigation, governance, intellectual property, tax, HR, and finance—while fostering collaboration within the legal team to ensure shared success. Candidates should have 2–5 years of relevant experience and active bar admission.

We are seeking someone who is very detail-oriented, organized, and highly motivated. The ideal candidate must possess a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn. You must be hands-on, dependable, and committed—someone who is results-oriented and can be relied upon to execute organizational goals with the utmost urgency and commitment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Review, interpret, draft, revise, and negotiate commercial contracts, including : intellectual property partnership agreements; SAAS contracts; cloud reseller, distributor & OEM agreements; software licenses; cloud master service provider agreements; data center agreements; and consulting and services agreements.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accuracy and completeness of contract documents, compliance with contractual obligations, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Respond to requests from other departments by summarizing and communicating legal concepts, and advising on agreement structures and interpretation, approval processes, and company policies and procedures.
• Assist with the design, development, implementation and monitoring of corporate policies, procedures, and related training in collaboration with other departments and other members of the legal team.
• Help review, update and maintain standard form templates.
• Review non-standard agreements for compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
