Job description
A company is looking for a Telehealth Nurse Practitioner to deliver patient-centered virtual care focused on health optimization and metabolic outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions within scope of practice
Develop and implement individualized care plans focused on health optimization and disease prevention
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure integrated care delivery
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in applicable state(s)
Board certification (FNP, AGNP, or equivalent) required
Current DEA license in good standing
Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience in relevant fields preferred
