This facility is seeking a Primary Care Home Health Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity :

• Schedule :  Flexible scheduling based on availability. (Part-Time or Full-Time basis)
• Job Setting : Home Care
• Types of Cases : In-home health and wellness evaluations
• Credentialing Timeframe : 6-8 Weeks
• Immediate start upon credentialing
• Must have an active California state license
