OCM Lead

Your Role & Responsibilities
Develop and execute change management strategies aligned with project goals and organizational cultureConduct stakeholder assessments and build engagement plans to ensure buy-in and adoptionCreate and deliver communication plans, training materials, and readiness assessmentsPartner with project managers, business leaders, and HR to embed change into the organizationMonitor and report on change effectiveness, adjusting strategies as neededSupport large-scale technology implementations and organizational transformationsSkills & Experience You Should Possess
10+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management, with a strong background in manufacturing or industrial environmentsProven ability to lead change initiatives across complex organizationsStrong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skillsExperience with change frameworks such as Prosci, Kotter, or ADKARAbility to work onsite in Denver, CO up to 3 days per weekBonus Points If You Have :
Experience supporting ERP or large-scale technology implementationsProsci Change Management CertificationBackground in Lean or Six Sigma environmentsEducation & Certifications You Need :
Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Business, HR, or related fieldChange Management certifications (e.g., Prosci) preferredWhat We Offer
