Brooksource is hiring an entry level Business Systems Analyst to join our Banking Client's team. You will be part of a larger team to to aid the elicitation, analysis, creation, and validation of epics, features, and user stories and provide support during release events that support the client's customers and colleagues

• Responsibilities :
• Elicit, analyze, document, and validate epics, features, and user stories.
• Participate in all Agile ceremonies such as Daily Stand Ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Demo / Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.
• Run stories on Azure DevOps Board for the team.
• Aid in the triage of defects during testing cycles.
• Develop and update documentation to support new / changes to procedures.
• Work with the team to respond and answer questions generated by team members and business partners.
• Act as a liaison between business units and the development team.
• Minimum Requirements :
• Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Systems, Business Analytics, or Related Field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
• Strong technical writing skills.
• Experience writing simple SQL statements.
• Experience writing user stories.
• Experience creating data maps.
• Experience with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong business and technology aptitude with a willingness to learn and understand business and software solutions.
• Ability to translate technology into relatable concepts for business partners and stakeholders.
• Highly motivated with strong organizational, analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar tool.
• Experience with Visio or other process mapping tools.
• Experience in an Agile environment.

Pay : $56,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
