The Role

Were looking for a hands-on high-energy Store Manager to lead one of our drive-thru locations. This isnt a sit in the office management role youll be working hip-to-hip with your baristas leading from the window and the espresso machine. Youll coach train and inspire your team while making sure every customer leaves happier than they arrived.

What Youll Do

• Lead from the front. Youll work shoulder-to-shoulder with your team modeling the speed precision and hospitality that define our brand.
• Build and develop great people. Train and coach baristas for excellence both in skill and in attitude.
• Drive performance. Manage operations inventory scheduling and cash control while keeping the line moving and the vibes positive.
• Protect the standards. Uphold our commitment to quality cleanliness and service in every shift.
• Elevate the guest experience. Jump in during rushes connect with customers and set the tone for a fast friendly and fun environment.
