Looking for full-time Radiographer Trainers

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Industrial Radiographer, Level 2 (Trainers, Level 2, MT, PT, UT, VT), located in Odessa, TX. The role involves performing radiographic testing, ensuring that safety protocols are followed, and assisting in the training and guidance of Level 1 personnel. The candidate will be responsible for performing various non-destructive testing (NDT) techniques such as Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), Penetrant Testing (PT), Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Visual Testing (VT), and others as required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Radiation Safety practices and procedures
• Proficiency in Radiation principles and Radiologic Technology
• Familiarity with Radiology methodologies and standards
• Certification as an Industrial Radiographer Level 2 or Level 2 in MT, PT, UT, VT
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain safety and quality standards
• Good communication and teaching skills for training junior team members
• Previous experience in NDT or industrial environments
• High school diploma or equivalent (a degree in a related field is a plus)
