We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. As a Manufacturing Engineer , you will play a pivotal role in developing and optimizing manufacturing processes, coordinating production activities, and ensuring the successful delivery of complex machined, mechanical, and welded assemblies. Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Develop and plan manufacturing processes for complex machined, mechanical, and welded assemblies.
• Interpret and analyze customer purchase order requirements, specifications, and engineering drawings.
• Create detailed machining and assembly processes, operation sheets, and tooling plans to meet production goals.
• Evaluate engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T requirements to understand part production processes.
• Ensure compliance with customer quality and inspection requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges and improve manufacturing efficiency.
• Utilize CAD software to develop and review detailed engineering drawings and models; Autodesk products are a plus.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions in manufacturing workflows.
• Maintain documentation and records for process plans, tooling, and inspection requirements.
• Train and support production staff on new manufacturing processes and procedures.
