Healthcare Regional Credit Admin Manager (RCO)

Healthcare Line Of Business Credit Approval

Responsible for healthcare line of business credit approval and portfolio administration. Reviews activities to ensure that proposed loans adhere to existing policy guidelines, documentation is adequate to ensure security of collateral, and that ongoing administration and review is adequate to maintain the loan portfolio's quality and profitability. Participates in credit structuring and negotiation strategy discussions with healthcare segment banking officers including participation in customer calling. Provides information, guidance and direction regarding credit policy, credit goals and current credit issues to healthcare officers. Participates in various loan committees and periodic loan portfolio reviews. Participates as a member of the healthcare segment leadership team.

Basic Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 10 years of credit experience in C-I portfolio management

Compensation Range : 170,000-190,000

The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan.
