School Age Site Director

Position Responsibilities :
- Plan, organize and implement the daily program and curriculum at the branch for your site (during school hours)
- Adhere school site program to NH Child Care Licensing regulations and maintain appropriate files
- Implement our Character Development curriculum components and role model Y core values
- Attend weekly site director meetings, workshops, Y trainings, etc.
- Supervise, train and mentor site staff and assigned volunteers
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with school / administrative staff and parents
- Working no school days, vacation week programs, and working our summer camp

Must be at least 20 years of age, have a high school diploma or general equivalency diploma, and have at least one of the following :
A bachelor’s degree in elementary education or recreation, awarded by a regionally accredited college or university;An associate’s degree in early childhood education, awarded by a regionally accredited college or university;Certification of successful completion of training as a recreation director plus 1000 hours experience working with children in a licensed child care program, recreation program or elementary school;A total of 12 credits in early childhood education, human growth and development, education or recreation, from a regionally accredited college plus 1000 hours of experience working with childrenBenefits : This is a full-time, hourly position with an extensive benefit package that includes :
