As a Senior Principal Architect at JPMorganChase within the Infrastructure Platforms, Specialty Platforms and Services, you provide ServiceNow solution architecture expertise to enhance and develop ServiceNow solutions based on modern cloud‑based and SaaS technologies, as well as support the adoption of ServiceNow capabilities. Leverage your advanced architecture capabilities and collaborate with colleagues across the organization to drive best‑in‑class outcomes. You are a thought leader who will establish and lead ServiceNow solution architecture, strategy and outcomes for Digital Workflows Client Solution’s strategic roadmap. You will help lead and educate internal business and technical teams on the power and capabilities of ServiceNow to solve business problems. In addition, you will manage and ensure adherence to the firm’s security controls, policies, and procedures. Infrastructure & Platforms, a division of Global Technology, drives innovation, resiliency and efficiency for the firm through delivery of advanced, integrated, technology solutions and services. The ServiceNow platform is a key part of JPMorgan’s strategy to transform the delivery of digital solutions. We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to drive product vision, strategy and design for Service Now capabilities.
