Join a well-supported intensivist team serving a respected community hospital system in California's Central Valley. This full-time Critical Care position offers flexible scheduling, strong midlevel support, and visa sponsorship options. Practice Overview
- You'll join a team of five physicians and two advanced practice providers across two local ICUs
- Current ICU mix is 90% medical and 10% surgical; no cardiac, thoracic, or pediatric cases
- Each shift staffed by a physician and NP, with plans to increase physician coverage
- EMR is Cerner, with transition to Epic expected within a year
Schedule
Shift-based model : 18 shifts / month for full-timeChoose day (6 AM-6 PM) or nocturnist (6 PM-6 AM) roleScheduling options include 7-on / 7-off or 4-on / 4-offNo call; true time off when off shiftCompensation & Benefits
