Job descriptionProcess and pick customer orders using RF scanners, barcodes, and labeling. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment. Verify accuracy of orders and ensure proper packaging. Build pallets, re-palletize products, and place completed orders onto pallets. May assist with dock manifest duties, shrink wrapping, and using walking MHE equipment. Maintain a clean and organized work area following SOP and safety guidelines. Follow safety policies and report hazards or incidents immediately. Support sanitation and housekeeping standards. Participate in cross-training and serve as backup support when needed. Follow Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and maintain training compliance. High school diploma, GED, or 1 year relevant experience required Experience operating Walkie Rider / Motorized Pallet Jack preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform frequent standing, walking, reaching, bending, and twisting Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment with minimal supervision Basic skills in reading distribution documentation and using RF scanning devices Strong teamwork, organization, and communication skills Ability to perform in a metrics-driven environment Competitive pay at $22.70 / hr Contract-to-hire opportunity with long-term growth potential Multiple shift options available— flexible scheduling Hands-on environment with cross-training and skill development

Location : 1852 10th Ave., Columbus, NE 68601
Pay Rate : $22.70 per hour
Contract Length : 3-month contract with potential to convert to permanent hire
Start Date : November 2, 2025
Shift Options Available (please list shift preference on resume) :
- 1st Shift : 12 : 00 AM – 8 : 00 AM
- 2nd Shift : 4 : 00 PM – 12 : 00 AM
- 3rd Shift : 9 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM
