Job Summary :

This position is responsible for the administration of global IT server systems and related infrastructure, ensuring their health, performance, availability, and resilience through preventive activities. The role involves participating in and leading projects within the System Administration scope, providing second-level support for local Service Desk teams across various geographical locations, and coordinating the escalation of incidents to next-level support companies, following up until the final resolution. Strong communication skills and the ability to work autonomously are essential for developing daily and project activities. The role requires well-organized and structured skills to achieve team objectives. Flexibility to work outside of business hours is necessary if project schedules or maintenance activities demand it.

Key responsibilities :

• Perform daily maintenance activities, conduct health checks, and resolve or report any potential issues to the appropriate partner for resolution or mitigation.
• Manage projects related to system administration platforms
• Support IT global colleagues in various projects and activities
• Provide second level support for local Service Desk teams
• Perform backup management activities
• Coordinate and manage incidents globally with other global teams
• Conduct testing lab activities for new security patches, system versions, software to be installed globally.
• Manage documentation to ensure system information is up to date for reference purposes
