Key Responsibilities

Lead the enterprise-wide adoption of DevSecOps, AIOps, MLOps, and CI / CD practices

Drive the evolution of delivery models, team topologies, and platform engineering capabilities

Improve developer experience through tooling, automation, and streamlined workflows

Required Qualifications

Experience in enterprise architecture and modern engineering practices

Proven track record in DevSecOps, AIOps, and CI / CD methodologies

Strong background in platform engineering and delivery models

Ability to define and track metrics for delivery velocity and quality

Leadership experience in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
