Base pay range : $34.00 / hr - $39.00 / hr

What you'll tackle

• Hands-on mechanical work : inspections, parts swaps, precision alignment and balancing, new installs, and refurbishment.
• System smarts : understand how each asset contributes to the full factory process so you can tune performance.
• Production partnership : collaborate closely with operators to time and tailor maintenance interventions.
• Fabrication mastery : weld, cut, braze, and solder—SMAW / GMAW on carbon steel and SMAW on stainless steel.
