    We are looking for a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, youll prospect for new clients, build strong relationships, and deliver tailored insurance solutions that meet client needs. Youll enjoy a base salary plus bonus opportunities, with earning potential ranging from $43,888 to $150,000 per year. Successful representatives who achieve 1,000 policies in force (PIF) will earn the title of Senior Account Executive and qualify for enhanced commission rates.

    Responsibilities

    • Prospect and generate leads to build a pipeline of potential clients.
    • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
    • Present products and services clearly and effectively to clients.
    • Negotiate terms and close sales deals.
    • Report and manage sales pipelines accurately.
    • Requirement

    • Candidate must have an active Property and Casualty License to be considered.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including active listening and presentation abilities.
    • Proven ability to build and manage client relationships with empathy and professionalism.
    • Skilled in persuasion, problem-solving, and closing sales.
    • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and disciplined with excellent time management skills.
    • Comprehensive product knowledge and understanding of the insurance industry.
    • Adaptable to changing environments and client needs.
