Job Title
Job Description : Provide our customers and manufacturer reps with industry-leading customer service and innovative solutions. Fundamentally understand the lighting supply chain. Able to provide accurate and timely quotations and processed orders with little to no supervision. Exemplify company Way by fostering positive and attentive interactions, both internally and externally, while taking complete ownership of projects to drive successful sales outcomes. Have a moderate understanding of product ranges. Handle entry level tech calls in the network. Can read through detailed, complex drawings and provide accurate take-offs based off of the drawings provided. Quote and coordinate sample opportunities with reps to help secure specifications on projects. Maintains required volume of quotes and orders processed for their workload. Actively maintains project follow ups in Salesforce. Coordinate and execute sales marketing campaigns, specifically phone calls to our reps. Attend regular product specific training sessions to grow knowledge base on customers and products. Begin training on competing companies and their products. Begin training on more complex technical aspects of their product. Train and perform product technical support and procedures pertaining to intermediate tech calls from installers. Be familiar with key industry terms and industry project flow. Investigate and become familiar with key customers in the network. Participate in PM Department & company feedback opportunities and team meetings.
Skills & Qualifications :
1-3yrs+ of lighting inside sales experience 3yrs+ inside sales experience (all communication platforms) 3yrs+ of customer facing experience (all communication platforms) Miro, QuickBooks, Salesforce, Google Suite, Vizio, Microsoft 365, Lucidchart, Monday.com, Smartsheet, Bluebeam Some general LED Lighting / Construction knowledge preferred Ability to communicate at a high level and put the customers' needs as top priority.

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $90000.00 / yr.
