Overview

We're seeking a motivated Structural Engineer with 1–2 years of experience—or a new graduate ready to launch their career. This role blends technical design with cross-functional collaboration, offering exposure to structural engineering, design analysis, and project integration. You'll work closely with our sales team to ensure design solutions meet client needs and engineering standards, in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where adaptability and initiative are key.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the sales team to incorporate design analysis into project proposals and execution
• Evaluate and fulfill structural design requirements across diverse projects
• Perform hands-on structural engineering tasks, calculations, and documentation
• Flex between roles and responsibilities based on daily project demands

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $33.00 – $36.00 per hour.
