Responsibilities Home Health and Hospice position with patient visits in homes and facilities Responsibilities include admissions, recertifications, discharges, and development of individualized care plans Procedures performed include foley and suprapubic catheter changes, ostomy care, wound care including wound vacs, blood draws, and central line care Computerized charting is utilized with iPad, laptop, and iPhone Monday through Friday schedule with required on-call coverage at least six days per month, including weekends and evenings 8-hour day shifts No floating to other units or departments Role includes completing skilled nursing visits and collaboration with providers to develop care plans EMR training and skill-specific training, such as suprapubic catheter changes, are provided Candidates with med-surg experience and no prior home health experience will be trained Dress code allows for scrubs or business casual attire Mileage reimbursement is provided Requirements Active NE or Compact RN license required Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Experience in making home visits is required At least one year of hospice nursing experience is preferred Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID P-628242.
