Assistant Site Manager Job Description

• Oversee the productivity, breaks, and daily scheduling of all employees.
• Assist in attracting, recruiting, developing, and training employees.
• Have knowledge of and assist with preventive maintenance and repairs on all equipment.
• Own management of chemical inventory, usage, and costs.
• Train and motivate the team to enroll new members.
• Directly handle all customer concerns and questions.
• Performs required administrative duties which may include documentation for performance management, team calls, terminations, employee relations, and promotions.
• Take responsibility when the General Manager is offsite.

Fundamental Responsibilities :

Customer Service : The treatment of each of our customers in a compassionate and caring way is at the very core of what differentiates AquaShine from its competition. Taking care of the customer is always our number one goal.

Onsite Sales : Whether it’s signing people up for e-mail promotions or selling monthly wash subscriptions, every initiative needs a champion. The skills to engage customers with a smile, explain benefits and close the sale are very different from processing paper work. We like to call membership sales our "education process." By the time you are speaking with a customer they have already decided to purchase a wash. It is now our job to connect with them on their level and present the better value of membership vs single washing.

Compensation :

Total Compensation range for this position is $18 / hour +, and commission based on experience.
