Job descriptionMen's and adolescent mental health Sexual addiction and recovery Active FL license : LMHC or LMFT (preferred) or Registered Intern pursuing LMHC Strong Christian faith and ability to integrate faith-based approaches in therapy Experienced and passionate about working with male adolescents, adult men, and couples Training in advanced modalities, such as IFS, EMDR, BSP, EFT, SPT and / or Gottman Method. Cornerstone will not hire counselors who are generalists. Believe in Cornerstone's Mission, Vision, and Statement of Faith. Weekly group supervision attendance (Wednesdays, 11am–1pm ET) Willingness to commit to at least two evening blocks or one evening and one Saturday block per week Maintain a caseload of 20–24 clients / week (60% schedule utilization minimum) Attend ongoing training and pursue specialization and certifications Build long-term client relationships (averaging 10+ sessions per client) Commission pay : $70-$107 / hour (licensed), $50-$56 / hour (unlicensed) Paid clinical supervision and professional liability insurance Weekly training sessions toward license renewal Robust administrative, billing and marketing support PTO, professional development stipend, quarterly bonuses Beautiful office location Medical / dental / vision insurance (30+ client hours / week)
