Data Program Manager (Los Angeles)

As a Program Manager, Data, you will be pivotal in overseeing and driving data engineering and analytics projects. You will lead and mentor multiple teams across different locations, ensuring the successful delivery of projects within the e-commerce / retail domain. This role requires a deep understanding of data engineering and analytics technologies, project management expertise, and a passion for the retail industry.

Roles and Responsibilities include :

• Lead and inspire geographically distributed data engineering and data analytics teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of data engineering and data analytics projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Utilize your proficiency in Data Engineering and Analytics technologies to guide technical decision-making.
• Effectively communicate project status, challenges, and progress to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
