Senior Legal Contract Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Legal Contract Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Review, interpret, and negotiate non-standard contracts and provisions with clients and business partners

Draft and amend contracts and subcontracts to meet client and company requirements

Lead contract management projects and collaborate with attorneys and compliance teams on contractual matters

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Contract Management Certification preferred

6+ years of experience in contract negotiation and analysis

Experience with commercial and health plan contracting

Proficient with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams applications

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
