We are looking for a board-certified Orthopedic Surgeon to conduct Independent Medical Examinations (IMEs) in Colorado Springs, CO. The role offers flexible scheduling with the option to select or decline assignments based on availability, and responsibilities include reviewing medical records, performing physical exams, addressing clinical questions, and preparing detailed reports. Ideal candidates will possess strong analytical and communication skills, with prior IME experience preferred but not required.

We are seeking a skilled and board-certified Orthopedic Surgeon to join our team in Colorado Springs, CO, for Independent Medical Examinations (IMEs). This role offers flexible scheduling with cases referred based on your availability, allowing you to select or decline assignments as needed.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Review Medical Records : Thoroughly review and analyze patient medical documents related to orthopedic conditions.
  • Conduct Physical Exams : Perform in-person evaluations of patients with orthopedic issues.
  • Address Clinical Questions : Respond to clinical queries from insurance carriers regarding orthopedic matters.
  • Prepare Reports : Deliver detailed IME reports within an expected turnaround time of 5 days.
