Looking for a biomedical field service technician primarily to conduct preventative maintenance, calibration and repair/service on biomedical devices and hospital beds/stretchers. Hires will work in a team atmosphere setting, in-house, managing medical assets for a top-rated area hospital network.
Priority given to candidates with education/experience in the field; comparable durations in adjacent fields may be considered. Additional training and in-service will be provided in-house and via OEM. Education in biomedical, mechanical, or electrical engineering is a plus, with biomedical engineering degrees given preferential consideration. If education is outside these parameters, the candidate should have a solid experience background in an adjacent industry.
Though the position is regional (Chicago area), the candidate will have opportunity for business travel if they desire it via our locations and business nationally.
